- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Naini is the best overall Doctor I have ever had the pleasure to use. Not only is Dr. Naini up on all the newest medical practices, she also knows so much about older practical methods. She is not so quick to give a shot or Rx. and send me on my way. Over the years Dr. Naini has kept me well. I believe she cares for me as much as her own children.May 21, 2017by Al Baron
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service, staff not profesional. As I'm driving to this (new patient) appt, they call my wife to ask if I'm coming to my appt. I felt that wasn't appropriate as I'm the patient, and I never gave them permission to disclose to my wife that I had an appt. They left a voice mail to confirm my new patient appointment, when I arrive to the appt, they state Im late. I had to playback the voicemail they left to demonstrate that I was coming in at the time instructed. They have a policy that requires one to provide credit card information, so they can keep on file. (Keep in mind, Im coming in for a yearly physical, which is covered by my insurance at 100%). This policy makes sense for those who have a bad history of non payments with the office. Due to not giving them my card information ( Receptionist asked to copy my card for their system) they declined to see me. I offered to pay up front for entire amount of the physical. Being a victim of identity theft in the past, I didn't feel comfortable having them have my card information on file. This office demonstrated that it cares more about money than the well being of the patient.March 26, 2017by Jose Tamez
